It has come to our notice that some patients are telephoning the practice, having found the number on the internet, find out later that they have been charged premium telephone number costs.
This is currently being investigated as to why this is occurring. In the meantime please refrain from using the internet to obtain our telephone number, it may read 01296 468580 but it then dials in to the premium number.
If you have our number stored in your phone, we strongly recommend you delete it and re add it.
