Our Online services can be accessed via the NHS App or Patient Access, once registered you can:
- Book an appointment via the Symptom Checker (works in conjunction with Ask First)
- Cancel Appointments
- View your medical records
- Order repeat medications
- Update your details

If you see information in your medical record that is not about you or is inaccurate. Please submit an email to: feedback.poplargrove@nhs.net with the subject heading 'Enhanced Access Query'. Please provide the date of entry, state what the inaccuracy is and the reasons why you feel the information recorded is inaccurate.
The receipt of your email will be acknowledged, please allow 30 working days for a full resolution.
Poplar Grove Practice can only correct information that has been added by a member of staff at the practice. Should you discover inaccurate medical information from a previous practice you will need to contact that practice directly.
