Poplar Grove Practice flu clinics start from 1st October 2025

Poplar Grove Practice will be starting its annual flu vaccination programme from the 1st of October, and we will be inviting patients to get in touch to book their appointments over the next few weeks.

Eligible patients registered with the practice will be contacted to book their appointments.

Once you receive your invite, the easiest and quickest way to book a Flu Vaccine is via the NHS APP. To access these appointments please select these options on the APP:

• Upcoming & Past Appointments
• GP Surgery Appointments
• Book Appointment
• Type: Flu Over 18 invite only
• Select time frame in next 8 weeks

Patients who are unable to book on the NHS APP can call the practice via the winter vaccine line (option 5 on our phone menu) after 2pm to make their appointment.

The practice will be offering flu vaccinations to patients who are over 65years, under 65 years with a long-term health condition, as well as to pregnant women and children aged 2 – 3ys. If you are in one of these groups, the practice will be in touch with you shortly inviting you to book your appointment.
